Chef Clinton Tanzer has come up with an innovative menu which deals with the rush as well as the gastro factor and includes salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas done with a flourish as well as unique platters which contain a variety of deliciously different culinary ideas on attention-grabbing "ice platters".
